After work I don’t want to do much, so this is perfect. I just heat it up and boom, dinner’s ready.

I was in a tired, low-effort mood when I first ordered, and it hit the spot. The chicken and veggies tasted really fresh, not like that soggy meal prep stuff you sometimes get. I’ve ordered a few times now and it’s been consistently solid every time.

I’ve ordered from them a few times over the past couple of months, and the food itself has usually been okay. Nothing amazing, but generally fine. The main problem for me has been the packaging. On my last order, one of the containers was cracked and sauce had leaked all over the box, which was frustrating to deal with when it arrived. The ice packs were also already half melted by the time I opened it. It just made the whole thing feel a bit rushed or like it wasn’t packed with much care. For what they charge, I was expecting better. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but they definitely need to improve how they pack and ship the meals...

I really like how simple it is to pause or skip a week whenever I need to (which happens more than I expected). The pause option makes everything way less stressful and super convenient.

The meals showed up a bit lukewarm and kind of soggy, so I quickly assumed they’d been sitting around longer than they should’ve. A couple of them tasted that way too. They weren’t awful or anything, but they definitely didn’t feel fresh.

I thought this would end up costing more, but the prices feel fair for how much time it saves me. The portions are just right, and I’m not throwing out extra groceries like I used to. Definitely "worth it" for those busy weeks

I found the website and app really easy to use . Everything was simple to find , and picking meals or changing my order didn’t feel confusing at all . The pages loaded quickly for me too , so the whole thing just felt smooth and hassle-free .

I had an issue with my refund and credit, but support got it fixed quickly and didn’t make it a whole ordeal. The process was simple, and I appreciated how easy they were to deal with. Overall, I’d say it was a smooth experience and I’d feel comfortable using them again.

They did end up fixing the issue, so credit where it’s due, but wow, it took way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates like I was waiting on a pizza delivery, which probably says more about how impatient I am when I’m hungry than anything else. Anyway, the problem is solved now, but the delay was frustrating.

I’ve been using Territory Foods for a few weeks now, i’m happy with it so far.

The meals have tasted fresh, the portions are solid, and it really helps me avoid ordering random takeout, especially when I’m tired, and don’t feel like cooking. Delivery has been on time for me, too.

I also like that the whole thing feels simple, and not overly complicated. Some meals are definitely more my thing than others, but overall, it’s been a really good experience.

I really like that this subscription doesn’t feel like a hassle to manage. If my schedule gets weird, I can skip a week, switch up my meals, or pause without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I really wanted Territory Foods to work out for me, and the meals I tried were mostly decent. The timing was just bad because I was trying to simplify meals during a busy stretch, not add another thing to double-check. But the allergen and diet labels threw me off. Some meals were marked gluten free or dairy free, then I’d read the ingredients and start second-guessing whether they were actually safe for me.

With food allergies, that uncertainty matters a lot. I kept going back and forth between the tags and ingredient lists, and I still didn’t feel fully comfortable ordering. If you’re just loosely avoiding certain foods, it might be fine, but for actual allergies or stricter dietary needs, the info needs to be much clearer.

I’d say the delivery has been reliable overall. Most of my meals show up within the time window they give, which I definitely appreciate. There was one time it came a little later than I expected, so that was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The food was still cold and everything was packed well. So I have mixed feelings, but mostly it’s been a good experience.

The meals were fine overall, nothing terrible, but the diet filters felt limited. I put in my preference and still ended up having to look through every meal super close to make sure it actually worked for me. That got old quick.
